Data Collection
We believe in data minimization. We collect only the data necessary to provide the Service. If you create an account or make a purchase, we store your email address and payment information (processed securely by Stripe). Audio files you upload are processed ephemerally and deleted after analysis.
Audio Processing
When you upload a file, it is securely transmitted to Google Cloud (Vertex AI / Gemini API) for processing. The transmission is encrypted via SSL. We utilize ephemeral storage (signed URLs), meaning your files are not stored permanently on our servers.
Cookies & Storage
Zonix Corp s.r.o. does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics scripts. We believe in a clean, professional environment free from unnecessary surveillance.
The Service uses browser storage (Cookies & LocalStorage) exclusively for:
- Authentication: To keep you securely signed into your account (Supabase).
- Preferences: To remember your UI settings like Autoplay and Creativity levels.
- Security: Essential fraud prevention during payment processing (Stripe).
Third Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Google Cloud (Vertex AI): Audio analysis and AI processing.
- Stripe, Inc.: Payment processing. We do not store your payment card details.
- Vercel Inc.: Hosting and serverless infrastructure.
- Supabase: Authentication and database services.
